LASER CUTTING
DIP International can now also offer adaptive fiber laser processing. Our new machine is a versatile and multifunctional laser, intended for transversal use, independent of applications, materials, and thicknesses.
We know that the market wants speed, efficiency, and quality, so our new laser system can perfectly adapt to variable factors such as order size/volume, the frequency of changes to the given production batch, the mix of materials/thicknesses processed.
Our machine is equipped with a unique cutting head, which allows us to cut all processable thicknesses and materials. It is equipped with a DRY-COOLING system, which allows active control of the optics temperature. Its process sensors control and adapt the perforation phases in real-time and allow monitoring of any cutting losses, stopping the process and restarting it with the appropriate correct parameters. The TRADJUST function allows automatic modulation of parameters based on trajectories to make the system easier to use.
