The machines in our technological park are very modern, ensuring high productivity and reliability. At DIP International, we provide a very diverse range of punches and dies, so that any type of bending becomes possible. With the help of the CNC controller, libraries of dies and punches can be created, which are then used to define, verify and store multitudes of programs, so that the machine preparation time decreases significantly to the advantage of increasing productivity.
Our new machine is versatile and multifunctional, offering speed, efficiency, and quality. It is equipped with various automation devices that can adjust the opening of the dies or the automatic setting of the bending heads. In addition, it benefits from an angle measurement system, to detect variations in the bending angle due to the elastic return of the sheet metal and allows saving the measurements and active monitoring to ensure short order times and higher productivity. And the adaptive mechanical crowning system guarantees curves at a constant angle along the entire length of the bend, even when the parameters vary, operating automatically, without operator intervention.
